ADMISSIONS GUIDELINES
Is Our School a Good Fit for Your Student?
At Impact Leadership Christian Academy, our small school focuses on hands-on, engaging learning within a positive, respectful, and productive climate.
Our admission guidelines are designed to serve all learners, including those who are on-level, advanced, and those who may have some challenges in the mild range and function well in regular education classrooms. Please note that we do not have resource (special education) classrooms, special education paraprofessionals, behavioral therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, etc. Our school is committed to providing a high-quality education for all of our students.
We understand that every student is unique and has their own set of challenges. At Impact Leadership Christian Academy, we offer a personalized approach to education with small class sizes and an experienced team of professionals. Our curriculum is designed to cater to students with mild learning disabilities, processing issues, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, high-functioning autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and depression. We work tirelessly to ensure that every student reaches their fullest potential in a safe and supportive environment.
To promote student success modifications and accommodations can be made such as preferential seating, prompting, extended time on assignments and/or assessments, and reducing and/or chunking assignments. Our Student Support Team assists teachers and parents with instructional plans to support students with challenges.
Some challenges are beyond the scope of our small school's resources. Thus, we are not able to admit students that have moderate to severe challenges such as- impulsivity, behavioral Issues, conduct disorder,
Oppositional Defiant Disorder, severe ADHD, moderate to pervasive learning disabilities, refusal to complete school work, uncooperative behaviors, inappropriate or disrespectful behaviors, academic performance more than a grade level below their current grade, any history of violent, bullying, disruptive behaviors, previous suspensions/expulsion and/or repeated behavioral referrals.
Before applying, each student's challenges must be disclosed, and all academic and behavioral records must be submitted to a school administrator for our Student Services Team to determine if we can properly meet the student's needs. Failure to disclose information could lead to a student being removed from our programs, but the parents/guardians still having to pay the full contract amount.
It is of the utmost importance to us that all students have the best possible school placement in order to reach their highest potential.

Eligibility
Are you looking for a private school that will inspire you to make a positive impact on the world? Look no further than Impact Leadership Christian Academy. We welcome students from across the state of Georgia, and provide them with a rigorous and transformative educational experience that is grounded in Christian principles. Our eligibility criteria is simple - any student entering grades K-12 can apply!
Good Standing
At our school, we provide various programs for eligible students in good standing, allowing them to explore new opportunities and enhance their educational experience. These programs go beyond the norm and immerse students in experiences that will prepare them for future success. Please note that students who are serving suspensions or those who have been expelled from other schools or systems are not eligible for our programs.
Priority
We are committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to receive an outstanding education. At Impact we give enrollment priority to the children of our staff and board of directors, as well as to siblings of current students. Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential, and we provide a comprehensive range of educational programs to support their growth.
