CORE VALUES & BELIEFS

At Impact Leadership Christian Academy, faculty and staff model our core values to set an example and fulfill our mission. With love, support, and respect, we hold our students to the same high standard. Each month, the school community focuses on one of our seven core values:

OUR CORE VALUES SPELLS EMPOWER:

1. EDUCATION: All individuals - whether teachers, students, or parents - are called to actualize their full potential in Christ. This is demonstrated through genuine, internal dedication, not merely outward displays of achievement.

2. MATURITY: All individual exhibits an evolving, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a life surrendered to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

3. PERSEVERANCE: We encourage our students to persevere in the face of challenges and opposition. We teach them to press forward relentlessly, overcoming each obstacle that stands in their path.

4. OPERATIONAL INTEGRITY: The school consistently operates with integrity, efficiency, and accountability in its day-to-day activities, business dealings, and financial practices.


5. WORK ETHIC: All scholastic, fine arts, and athletic programs should be fully aligned with the principles of God's Word.


6. EVANGELISM: Sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ is our highest priority, as we strive to encourage people to respond to His message. Our goal is to spread this transformative gospel as widely as possible.


7. RESPECT: All ILCA leaders must be respectful Christians who align with the organization's statements of faith, and they are expected to serve as role models both at school and in the community.

We Believe

  1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God. (2Peter 1:19-21) ​​

  2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent and manifested in three persons: (1) God, The Father, (2) God, The Son, and (3) God, The Holy Ghost. (1John 5:7)​​

  3. We believe in the blessed hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ Jesus, at His return. (1Thessalonians 4:16-18)

  4. We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ our Lord. (St. John 3:16)​​

  5. We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation. (Acts 19:2)​​

  6. We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides for the propitiation for our transgressions and iniquities. It also provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer. (Isaiah 53:5)​​

  7. We believe that the Baptism with the Holy Ghost is given to believers who ask for it. (St. Luke 11:13)​​

  8. We believe in the supernatural ministry of the Holy Ghost, who bestows spiritual gifts to born-again believers. (1Corinthians 12:4)​​

  9. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Ghost, by whose indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in this present world. AMEN. (1Corinthians 6:9-11)
